Occasionally, I find a similarly cool blog about problems (and their fixes) found while working in Tech Support/Desktop Support.

It's written by a fellow sysadmin called Charles Stemaly. I don't think he writes as much as I do but he has been writing since 2012. Let's hope he gets back into the swing of things again.
